About us
Frixos Louka Ltd was founded in 1978 by mr Frixos Louka, a building constructor and land developer born in 1944. It is a family business which passed to second generation.
Its main areas of activities has been Land Development and more specifically Building Development (namely the construction for sale of houses, flats, offices, shops, show-rooms and commercial Warehouses). Frixos Court 1 – 22, Frixos Suites Hotel and Frixos Centre are only a few of the company’s achievements in the sector of Land Development.
The company is a member of Federation of the Building Contractors Associations Cyprus (OSEOK), the Cyprus Land and Building Developers Association (LBDA)
